Great indoor pool and friendly staff. WiFi was slow during our stay.

Staying at the Courtyard in Mount Juliet revealed a fun and modern lodging experience! The engaging atmosphere with lovely staff. Challenges included slow TV connectivity. It provided a wonderful home base for exploring Nashville's vibrant scene and my love for country music.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Bike rental available nearby. Check-in took too long and front desk seemed overwhelmed.

I had a pleasant stay featuring spacious rooms equipped with USB outlets, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The outdoor fire pit was a nice touch for relaxation after a long day. One downside was the Bistro service, which could improve with more breakfast options available early.

Location felt great, really easy access to nearby restaurants. Room spacious and included a comfy sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Loved the USB outlets throughout, super convenient for charging devices. Slight hiccup with the front desk. they seemed a bit annoyed when I mentioned my app check-in, didn't make me feel valued. Housekeeping could improve. they only cleaned every three days unless you specifically asked, and they didn't restock towels unless you requested them. The furniture in the living area felt uncomfortable, not what I expected for the price. Would love to see better attention to those details next time.

Showers need immediate drain maintenance to prevent standing water!!! Housekeeping standards should improve, as rooms weren't cleaned every day and towels were often shabby!!! Common areas require more frequent cleaning to enhance overall visual appeal!!!

We had an awesome time hanging out! The fitness center was great for a heart-pumping workout. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our group. Keep in mind there’s no free breakfast, but you can buy options at the bistro.

One downside was that the coffee service was late each morning, which was a bit inconvenient for early risers.
